Pricing questions
Why don't you list prices?
Because the cost of building an automation varies enormously based on complexity, number of integrations, and required infrastructure. A two-tool workflow automation is very different from a custom AI chatbot with CRM integration. We scope every project individually so you're quoted for what you actually need — not a package that doesn't fit.
How does the quoting process work?
We start with a free discovery call to understand your problem. After that, we send a clear written proposal with a fixed project price and timeline — no hourly billing, no surprises.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For larger projects, we typically structure payments as 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. We're also open to milestone-based arrangements for longer engagements.
What if I'm not sure which tier is right for me?
Book a discovery call and we'll figure it out together. Most clients come in knowing they have a problem but not knowing the scope. The call is free, and we'll give you an honest recommendation.
Are there ongoing costs after a project is built?
The systems we build may use third-party services (like Zapier, Make, or a cloud database) that have their own subscription costs — we'll tell you upfront what those are and how to minimize them. Our build fee is a one-time project cost unless you're on a Partner retainer.
